GREEK RECIPE: Stewed Lamb with Garbanzo Beans

Bring beans to a boil uncovered for one hour in the water in which they soaked. Drain beans and set aside. Heat butter in a pot and sautee onion and galic until golden. Add meat and brown. Add beans and all other ingrediants and bring to simmer covered for about 2 hrs. or until meat and beans are tender. Serves 6.
