GREEK RECIPE: Baked Halibut Filets

Cut filets into serving pierces and palce in greased baking dish. Sprikle crushed garlic over fish. Place onion slices over fish, follow by lemon and then tomatoes. Sprinkle with sweet basil, salt and pepper. Pour melted butter and wine over tomatoes. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes or until you can flake fish easily with a fork. Baste every 10 minutes with liquid from baking dish. Serves 6.
